Our flexible lease package – Solutions – is aimed at providing a lease agreement tailored to the specific needs of small businesses. The key features of Solutions are rent increases linked to RPI, monthly payments by direct debit and three month termination notice.

We fully support the RICS voluntary lease code and are working to encourage other landlords to buy into this idea and adopt more flexible leases.
